POSSIBLY IN MICHIGAN , 1983
A musical horror story about two young women who are stalked through a shopping mall by a the cannibal named Arthur. He follows them home, and here the victims become the aggressors. It is a story of friendship, courage, frailty and fears that will not go away.

This work is my favorite from Cecelia.
What appeals to me most about Cecelia Condit's work is her absurd and sincere narrative. Her stories are always absurd and exaggerated, but have very realistic metaphors. When watching its videos, I'm always in a state of conflict between wanting to laugh and not being able to. I also hope to address serious women's social issues in a satirical, humorous and exaggerated manner.
The sounds in Cecelia Condit's work add interest to the work and point to its expressive intent. This is another aspect that I am inspired by her work. Another artist, Laurie Anderson, also gave me some inspiration for the creation of sound texts.
