Bio

Born in Zhejiang, China in 1999, now lives in London. 

Founded a contemporary art sharing platform TADO ART CENTRE in 2019.

I focus on re-architecting female ‘s daily life in the digital space through performance, and likes using 3D cyborg to perform instead of myself.

Moving images are the main carrier of my creation. After clarifying the narrative path of the performance, I would choose a metaphorical environment, and use 3D technology to build virtualization and abstraction, aiming to create a sphere that is dissociated from reality while also evoking the viewer's association. The main body of the narrative is then comprised of filming performances, which directly guides the audience to think about the state of female social existence through the emotions of the performers and body language abstracted from daily life. Performances are typically presented as mime, exaggerated, and abstract narrative to heighten the irony effect and provide more room for interpretation. Sometimes animations of 3D scanned people are used instead of live performances. The combination of live performances and human-like animations creates a unique uncanny valley effect in the works.The video's background sound is made up of onomatopoeia, which adds to the ridicule and satire.
